At mBank (2001 – 2023) I oversaw three generations of internet banking, built the mobile banking team and led omnichannel banking as Deputy Director.

At Polkomtel & Grupa Polsat Plus (2023 – 2024) I led digital channels and omnichannel customer experience across telecom and media services.
AI, automation and core platforms
At PKO Leasing (2024 - current) I drive digital and AI transformation: Dynamics 365 CRM, automation moving from UiPath to Microsoft Power Automate, Camunda 8 BPM and ERP on SAP S/4HANA.
Industry cooperation
For more than a decade I represented mBank on the Retail Banking Council of the Polish Bank Association and the mBank Group within QorusGlobal (formerly EFMA).
